A. N. Technology Ltd was founded by Dr. John Mason in 1987; he became its full-time chief executive two years later. Prior to starting ANTECH, Dr Mason was a Reactor Physicist and Chartered Engineer with almost 20 years’ teaching experience of Nuclear Engineering at Imperial College, London.
Early research at ANTECH led to the company becoming leader in the development of calorimeters for the measurement of plutonium and tritium in bulk or waste form. ANTECH calorimeters can now be found throughout the world, being a reliable and accurate workhorse in the nuclear waste industry.
In recent years the company has grown from strength to strength. Developments in the field of gamma detection have broadened our product range, and the addition of ANTECH Corporation in Denver, Colorado has confirmed our status as an international organisation. ANTECH Corporation recently moved to larger facilities in Marshall Court providing the extra space for growth.
